RadarSage Terms of Service

These terms are between you and TP Investment LTD (RC Number 9892113), 015, Zaria Road, Kundila, Kano State, Nigeria ("RadarSage", "we"). Contact: support@radarsage.com.

1. Medical disclaimer (please read)

RadarSage is an educational tool only. It is not a medical device, not a diagnosis, not a second opinion, and not a substitute for a radiologist or treating clinician. AI outputs can miss findings, invent findings, or sound more certain than they are. Confidence scores are model estimates. The heatmap is an approximate area of interest, not a diagnostic map. Never use RadarSage to make clinical or treatment decisions. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

2. Who can use RadarSage

You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. One person, one account. Keep your login private.

3. What you may upload

Only images you have the right to use. Remove patient identifiers. Do not upload identifiable patient images unless you have a lawful basis and your institution allows it. You keep your rights in your images. You give us a limited licence to store and process them to provide the service.

4. Scans, plans, and prices

• Free: every new account gets 1 free scan with full results. This is not a monthly free plan.
• RadarSage Pro: 30 scans per calendar month (reset on the 1st, UTC), at $20/month or $144/year. Unused monthly scans do not carry over. Prices may vary by country and are shown in Google Play before you pay.
• Free trial: the yearly plan may include a 3-day free trial, limited to one per Google account and one per phone. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, Google Play charges the yearly price. A phone that already used a trial is offered the yearly plan without a trial.
• Week Pass: a one-time $10 purchase of 10 scans that expire 7 days after purchase. It does not renew and is not a subscription. Unused scans expire and are not refunded or carried over. It gives scans only and does not make you a Pro subscriber. Subscribers can buy it as a top-up.
• Order scans are used: your monthly Pro scans or your free scan first, then Week Pass scans (the one expiring soonest first), then referral bonus scans.
• Switching monthly to yearly: happens immediately in Google Play. The unused part of your month is credited as extra time on the yearly plan, and the yearly price is charged when that credit runs out. There is no free trial on a plan change.

5. Billing, renewals, cancellation, refunds

• All payments go through Google Play and its terms. We never see your card.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds: handled only under Google Play's refund policy (request them through Google Play). We do not give separate refunds. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the related access or unused Week Pass scans are removed.
• Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

6. Referrals

When someone joins with your code, both of you get 5 bonus scans after the new user completes their first 2 scans. Rewards are limited to one per phone and up to 50 rewarded referrals per account. Bonus scans have no cash value. We may withhold or remove rewards gained through fake accounts or abuse.

7. Acceptable use

No abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, reselling, uploading illegal content, or trying to get around scan limits, trial limits, or referral limits. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its design, prompts, and case library belong to TP Investment LTD. Case library images keep their own licences and credits.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is" for education. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any harm from relying on an AI output as medical advice, or for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Privacy & Data. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data, or delete your account without the app.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live. The current version is always at https://www.radarsage.com/terms.
