Delete your RadarSage account

RadarSage is operated by TP Investment LTD (RC Number 9892113), 015, Zaria Road, Kundila, Kano State, Nigeria.

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

1. Open RadarSage and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Privacy & Data.
3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.

Option 2: without the app

Email support@radarsage.com from the email address on your RadarSage account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm the request. We complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your login (email/password or Google sign-in) is deleted.
• Your profile is anonymised (name and email removed) and your notification token is removed.
• All your uploaded scan images are permanently deleted from our storage.
• Your scans and results are removed from your history.

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase records (Google Play purchase details, dates, products), for as long as tax and accounting law requires: 6 years.
• A device identifier, kept in a protected form for 24 months to prevent misuse of free offers.
• Anonymised scan results, quiz answers, and referral records (no longer linked to your name or email).
• Crash reports and usage analytics, for up to 90 days (crash reports) and 12 months (analytics).

Delete only your scans

In Profile → Privacy & Data, delete your scan history. Your images are permanently deleted and your account stays open.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
