RadarSage ("we", "us") is operated by TP Investment LTD (RC Number 9892113), 015, Zaria Road, Kundila, Kano State, Nigeria. TP Investment LTD is the data controller. Contact: support@radarsage.com.
RadarSage is an educational app for people learning medical imaging. It is not a medical device and does not give diagnoses. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for advertising.
1. What we collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, microphone audio, or advertising ID.
Google sign-in
If you choose Sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use this information only to create your account, sign you in and keep your account secure. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except the service providers described in section 3 that help us run RadarSage.
2. How images and results are processed
- Images you upload are sent securely to trusted cloud storage.
- We remove embedded metadata and send the image to an AI image analysis service to produce the educational read.
- The result is stored with your account.
- Images and results are kept until you delete your scan history or your account. When you do, the images (and any copies made from them) are permanently deleted.
Please upload de-identified images only. Do not upload images showing a patient's name, date of birth, record number, or face unless you have a lawful basis and your institution allows it.
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run RadarSage, and only as much as each one needs to do its job. They fall into these categories:

These providers act on our instructions and are bound by contractual data protection and confidentiality terms. They may not use your data for their own purposes. Some may keep data for limited periods under their own terms, for example for security and abuse monitoring.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to a court or regulator, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
International transfers. Some providers process data outside Nigeria. When data leaves Nigeria we transfer it only in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, using appropriate safeguards such as contractual data protection terms, or to countries with adequate protection.

4. Why we process your data (legal bases)
We process your data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (and the GDPR, where it applies) on these legal bases:
- Contract: to create and run your account, analyse the images you upload, show your results and history, and provide what you buy.
- Legitimate interests: to keep the service secure, prevent fraud and misuse of free offers, fix errors, and improve the app. We balance these interests against your rights, and you can object at any time.
- Consent: for optional push notifications and marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time in the app.
- Legal obligation: to keep purchase and tax records and to respond to lawful requests.
5. How long we keep data

6. Deleting your data and your rights
- Delete scan history: Profile → Privacy & Data → delete history. The images are permanently deleted.
- Delete your account: Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete account (type DELETE). This removes your login, anonymises your profile, hides your scans, and permanently deletes your images. Purchase records kept for tax law, and the device identifier used to prevent misuse of free offers, are kept as described in section 5.
- Without the app: follow https://www.radarsage.com/delete-account or email support@radarsage.com from your account email.
- Export your data: Profile → Privacy & Data → export.
- Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) you have the right to: be informed about how your data is used; access your data and get a copy; correct inaccurate data; have your data erased; restrict processing; data portability (receive your data in a common format or have it sent to another controller); object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests and decisions made solely by automated means; and withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing done before). If you live in another country you may have similar rights under local law (for example the GDPR). Email support@radarsage.com; we answer within 30 days. You can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC), https://ndpc.gov.ng, or your local data protection authority.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, sign-in details are stored securely on your device, and access to personal data is limited to authorised staff.
8. Children
RadarSage is only for people aged 18 and above. If you think a child has made an account, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We will update this policy when what we collect, our providers, or our retention changes, and tell you in the app for material changes. The current version is always at https://www.radarsage.com/privacy.
